Analyze the conditions for analysis the aluminum alloy part
In the design and production of injection molds, injection molding has the following three points:
1. Mold temperature. Mold temperature is one of the key factors affecting molding. Generally, high mold temperature is beneficial for micro filling, while uneven mold temperature will seriously affect filling. Therefore, during mass production, it is necessary to regularly replace the cooling water and clean the mold water circuit,
2. Molding time. Excessive holding pressure and prolonged holding time can cause defects such as whitening, cracking, and uneven surface when demolding the through-hole area of the product.
3. Preheating of materials. Thoroughly dry before injection, especially for glossy plastic parts that require prolonged preheating and drying. Due to the significant impact of mold temperature on molding shrinkage rate and directly affecting the mechanical properties of injection molded products, it is necessary to keep the mold within the specified temperature range and ensure that the mold temperature does not change over time. The temperature difference between each cavity of the multi cavity mold shall not change. Therefore, temperature control measures for heating or cooling the mold must be taken in mold design, and in order to minimize the temperature difference between each cavity of the mold, attention must be paid to the design of the cooling circuit. Generally, each cavity can be separately equipped with a cooling water circuit, and a flow control device can be installed at the outlet of each cavity's cooling water circuit.
