Hubei SUNZ Mould company has a self purchased factory of 3000 square meters and has transferred its production business from Wuhan and Jingzhou factories to Huangshi factory in Hubei.

Our company mainly engages in mold manufacturing, injection molding processing, and die-casting processing. The range of mold products includes automotive parts, home appliances, instruments, etc. We have complete mold processing equipment such as wire cutting, electric pulse, CNC milling, engraving machines, etc. 

We can provide customers with comprehensive services from product concept design and mold design, mold making, mold repair, to product processing.

Our mold processing equipment is complete, and we also have 160 ton and 360 ton injection molding machines for trial molding and small-scale production of plastic products; 

Mainly engaged in mold making and injection molding, we produce over 300 types of molds annually and over 50 tons of injection molded parts annually. We have 280 tons and 400 tons of die-casting machines, with a monthly production capacity of 80 tons of die-casting aluminum parts for automotive components.
